Privacy Policy
This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit lararrifut.com. It is written in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What we collect
- Server log data: IP address (shortened where possible), date and time of request, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system version.
- Interaction data: whether the advertising link to the Google Play Store was opened, in aggregated form.
- Contact data you send us voluntarily by email or telephone.
We do not ask for and do not knowingly collect driving licence numbers, payment details or booking data on this website. Any rental booking happens on the provider’s own platforms.
3. Legal basis and purpose
Log data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) to deliver and secure the website. Measurement and advertising cookies, where used, are set only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) UK GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Email correspondence is processed to answer your enquiry.
4. Retention
Server logs are deleted or anonymised within 30 days unless required longer for security investigation. Email correspondence is kept for up to 12 months, or longer where a legal retention obligation applies.
5. Recipients and transfers
Hosting and content delivery providers act as processors under written agreement. Following the advertising link takes you to Google Play, operated by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC; from that point Google’s own privacy policy applies. Where data is transferred outside the UK, it is safeguarded by UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Requests can be sent to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 5AF, ico.org.uk.
